If you’ve read this far, you know that homes are a passion for us. We immerse ourselves in every aspect of development — from acquisitions to planning to design. Each community begins long before shovels break the ground. This meticulous process makes sure our homes add something special to people and neighbourhoods.
Excavation
With over 20 years of experience, Tangerine Excavating specializes in bulk and detailed excavation for single- and multi-family homes. We offer a wide range of technical services — including trenching, grading, drainage, and more. We ensure this essential early stage is executed with sharp attention and fine-tuned skills.
Forming and steel

Tangerine Traffic Control works all over the province — from Vancouver Island to our most northern regions. We have many years in traffic management, and it shows in how we smoothly choreograph the flow of traffic around construction sites and other properties. Wherever they are, we provide exceptional customer service to our construction, engineering, and electrical contractor clients.
